Born in Moscow, from parents from Comoros and Madagascar Sanaa (she/her) lived in France and the U.K. Hip hop culture always occupied an important place in her life. And the age of 33, she decided to contribute in her own way. Sanaa is now the founder and editor-in-chief of 33 Carats, a bilingual (French and English) "blingzine" magazine exploring all the facets of the movement in France and worldwide. The representation of women in hip hop and media is a topic she is keen to address by working mainly with female contributors in all areas of expertise.
