Giselle Frederick (she/her) is a multi-disciplinary technologist with a career spanning over a decade leading the design, development and implementation of technology products. She is a mentor and advisor to tech accelerators across Europe and regularly speaks at conferences on the topics of innovation and inclusion. She represents the UK at G20 and UN forums on topics such as FinTech, Emerging Technologies and their deployment in developing countries and recently Gender parity. Giselle founded Sonaaar in 2019 after many years of careful analysis and research into the needs of ethnic minority communities. Sonaaar matches skilled professionals to impact initiatives in African and African diaspora communities.
