Ellen Bailey (she/her) is the Vice President for Diversity and Culture at Harvard Business Publishing, where she creates and executes the Diversity & Inclusion strategy, vision, and goals for the organization. She drives employee engagement and business results by serving as a catalyst to discover, develop, and deliver the best practices and resources needed to promote a culture of inclusion and a sense of belonging at HBP. Ellen supports our leaders in forming and cultivating strategic partnerships with individuals and organizations outside of HBP to further diverse and equitable talent acquisition, engagement, and retention for HBP.
