Derek Bruce (he/him) is a Head of Learning, Leadership, and Talent Development, with a background in improving employee experiences, consultancy, and business transformation. He has worked with market leading organizations in the Fashion, Financial Services, Media, Retail and Technology industries. Derek's experience of working on successful global leadership, learning and talent development transformations has ensured he is able to adapt his style to suit different cultures. In his roles, he focuses on three areas; deploying business related learning experiences, providing consultancy to management teams and HR to address business needs, and being the organisations thought leader on learning and leadership development. He is currently working for DSM. Derek also founded Derek Bruce Associates in 2018, which provides coaching and HR consultancy. His passions are men’s fashion, riding motorbikes, and football.
